DELIVERY
- DELIVERY DRIVER RESPONSIBILITY ENDS AT TAILGATE.
- CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE REPRESENTATIVE TO TAKE EQUIPMENT FROM
THE TAILGATE AND SIGN CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
PICK UPS
- TAILGATE PICK UP ONLY.
- DRIVERS DO NOT SCHEDULE PICKUPS. PLEASE CALL YOUR LOCAL OFFICE TO SCHEDULE PICKUPS AND RECEIVE A PICK-UP REFERENCE NUMBER.
- 24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR LOCAL PICK UPS.
- 48 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR OUT OF STATE PICK UPS.
- EQUIPMENT MUST BE STACKED OUTSIDE AND LOCATED SO THE VEHICLE CAN BACK UP TO EQUIPMENT FOR EASE OF LOADING, AND SEPARATED AS IT WAS WHEN DELIVERED.
- CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE A REPRESENTATIVE TO ASSIST THE LOADING AND COUNTING OF EQUIPMENT AND TO SIGN THE EQUIPMENT RETURN DOCUMENTS.
ALL COUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO A FINAL YARD COUNT.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHORTAGES AND DAMAGES.
