Delivery and Pickup Policies

Delivery

  • Customer must provide a representative to take all equipment from the tailgate and sign the contract documents.
  • The delivery driver’s responsibility ends at the tailgate.
  • Drivers are not permitted to enter any building unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Pick-Up

  • Scaffolding is picked up at the tailgate only.
  • Our drivers do not schedule pick-ups. Please call your local office to schedule pick-ups and receive a pickup reference number.
  • 24 hours’ notice is required for all local pick-ups.
  • 48 hours’ notice is required for all other pick-ups.
  • Equipment must be stacked in an area that is accessible by our pick-up vehicle and separated as it was when delivered.
  • Customer must provide a representative to assist with loading and counting the equipment and to sign the equipment return documents.

It Takes Two (and a few more)

Trucks are only half of our delivery and pickup service. The drivers are the face of it. Each of our drivers are professionally trained and has a goal of providing the best customer experience possible.

Our Drivers are experienced and educated on our rental products, allowing them to identify our equipment at the job site.

Safety is the top priority for our drivers, whether they are loading the truck, securing equipment, transporting, or offloading at the job site. Our drivers stay aware of conditions at all times to protect themselves and those around them. Drivers are required to wear full PPE while on the job site.

Trucks are inspected each morning as well as being pre-tripped by our drivers before each trip to ensure they are running efficiently and safely and that the trucks meet or exceed all DOT standards.

Schedule a Pickup

Please contact us to schedule a pickup.

You will receive a phone call with a pickup confirmation number within 24 hours during standard business hours. We will then coordinate the estimated time for pickup and review any special instructions at that time.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all local pick-ups (48 hour notice for non-local).
