The general contract for the new mixed use project in Charlotte, NC, called The Rail Yard, needed a solution to create access to each floor of the building during construction. Our Charlotte sales team was able to design 2 stair towers, topping out at 124′ each. These structures were constructed of systems ring lock scaffold and stairs that created a safe access point for each of the floors in the new steel structure.
